While I was staying in Sioux City for the holidays this was like a little slice of home for me (home being San Francisco, CA). The food is incredibly fresh and the waitress who works here is such a delight. There's a lot of exclusive items they'll make on the weekend such as Bánh Xèo, which are a real labor of love. I ate two of them and a soup in one go and it was to die for! I cannot reiterate how sweet the staff and the food are here. I'd highly recommend it and I can't wait to come back very very soon. Thanks again Pho Dinh for making my stay so memorable!!!

At first glance the place looks questionable but as soon as you walk in the door that feeling goes away. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Service was great. Someone had picked up a large to go order while we were dining and the staff helped her bring the order all the way out to her car. Was helped right away, food came a short while after ordering and tasted great. Good prices. No complaints. One small con: restraunt charged us a $2.99 fee for using our debit card.

I really enjoyed eating here. The food was very good. Tender meat and vegetables were super crisp and fresh. I also enjoyed the sauce and my ice tea was brewed and yummy. I also enjoyed meeting the young lady who is in charge of the take out orders. She is the daughter who will soon be graduating. She was very nice and hlwr had a great conversation. Very nice people. Also the portions were good and price was as well. I had a good lunch.

Very Solid Vietnamese food !! All the dishes here are great and authentic. Food does take about 15 minutes or so to come out. Would recommend all dishes . If you haven't tried pho/banh mi this is a great place to try it. Portion sizes are great and the server is super nice. Would definitely return if in the area. Also got the Ca Kho To/stewed catfish with the canh chue ca/tamarind fish soup and it was great vietnamese food. Some dishes may be out of your comfort zone to try/eat, but they were all very good. The most confusing part is that the store is still named "Four Seasons" - but I bet the new owners are working on changing that.

Wow, delicious delicious, I cannot rave enough. We tried the spicy beef, pho, vietnamese sub w/ lemongrass chicken, and porkchop with shredded beef. Their lemonade was even handmade fresh to order. Traditional and full of flavor. Must try

Delicious, soooo good, and food and drinks that tasted real. The passion fruit drink was legit. The smoothie was fantastic. The lo main, spicy beef, and Mongolian beef were solid and good portion sizes. The Vietnamese coffee was mid. A lot of ice and not well balanced but not bad. Overall, the vibe was very authentic and flavorful We will definitely come back!!

This restaurant is amazing and authentic. It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever tried in United States. The price is so affordable. Staff is nice and polite, speaks both Vietnamese and English. The interior is cute, cozy, and clean. The parking somewhat a bit limited and tricky (maybe because I am not familiar with this city) but it is free. I can't say enough how I am impressed by their food. I did not expect that they have so many authentic items that even restaurants in bigger cities don't (and can't) offer like shredded pork skin, quail, etc.

I came here looking for four seasons but I guess they changed names without closing that entry down. Id hate to be the first person to not give them 5 stars but there's a lot of issues to address. My main peeve is charging customers 4% for using a credit card. It's a business expense, a cost of doing business, don't nickel and dime the customers for something you can write off. It's already annoying that they have to pay tips. Now credit card fees what is next utilities surcharge? With that out of the way being a small town food is decent. I'm pleasantly surprised at how fresh the bean sprouts are. The bun bo hue doesn't taste authentic and the chicken wings were too salty and expensive. The tofu was okay but a little on the soft side and also overpriced. The pho I think were ok from what my family members said. Outside looks a little run down but in general ok food for this town
